The duration of a car wash depends on the type of service. Standard washes usually take around 15-20 minutes, while more comprehensive services may take longer. We strive to provide efficient service without compromising quality.

Absolutely! We understand that every vehicle is unique, and our goal is to meet your specific needs. You can customize a package or discuss specific services with our team to create a tailored solution for your car.

We advise removing as much “clutter” from boot, seats, side pockets & consul area as possible. This includes all water bottles and coins. Remove all valuables from the vehicle. Any “rubbish” left on the floor of the vehicle will be disposed of. Take some time to indicate any damaged areas of the vehicle to the attendant including if the vehicle was recently re-sprayed or any chipped paint areas. Indicate too any areas you wish to pay particular attention to ensure satisfaction.

A customer who has not made any purchases (non-use) within a 6 month period from last points accumulation – will revert to 0

A Delux Wash is a basic exterior and interior service for customers who wash their cars regularly. A VIP Wash is a service that requires more care and time for cars that have not been washed in a while.

Greater attention to the interior of the vehicle is afforded to the VIP Wash. See Services & Price List under main menu for more details.

Please note that for heavily soiled vehicles, dog hair, tar & bug removal, Star reserve the right to charge an additional fee for online bookings. Should you choose not to accept the additional charge levied onsite – please contact our Head Office directly and a full refund will be arranged.
